Christmas in Belle Plagne was a roaring success, very much thanks to the attentive, prompt, and helpful support provided from the moment we arrived in resort. Every aspect of our holiday was not too much trouble, and in the many years that we have been on skiing holidays we have never been looked after so well. The food was superb and they could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The chalet is situated in an ideal location. It was our first time being able to ski in and out and we loved it. First time we have used Smitten by Snow and stayed in Chalet Bruyere with a group of 12 and we would have no hesitation in coming back. The Chalet is ideally positioned on the slopes with Ski in Ski out and excellent hosts, but it was the little things, attention to detail and personal touch which made this such an enjoyable experience, nothing was too much trouble, and the excellent cuisine had a home cooked feel to it, accompanied as it was with good quality bottled wine.

Thought I would send an email of thanks for an excellent weeks stay with yourselves. The Chalet was excellent, the food even better, and the hospitality was first class. The holiday was made even better as our lift passes were ready for us, the beginners were taken for their equipment, and again for their first lesson in the morning, any other activities were booked for us also... Kim and I had a fantastic time in Belle Plagne and wanted to thank you both for the attention you paid to make sure that all aspects of the holiday were perfect. For me as a total beginner to skiing it was very reassuring to know that ski hire and lessons were not only taken care of but the mysteries were explained. However, we could see that the set up in the chalets and the standard of food and service was extremely high. The experience has converted me to skiing and re-ignited Kim's enthusiasm after a long break. And we both would recommend unhesitatingly Smitten by Snow as a company for the personal touch and high quality chalet experience in a great resort for beginners like myself - and the more experienced.

The food and overall hospitality have been wonderful. This has been our sixth skiing holiday and you have been stand outs as the best Chalet Hosts. I would say 'yet' but I cannot see the way to improve on your efforts. Congratulations on a wonderful Chalet set-up.
